Lake Frederick Release Form *- Prior to departing Weston, you must print out and complete a copy of the attached Camping Release Form for each member of your party regardless of age. Each form must be witnessed by (2) adults. Remember that Lake Frederick is a DoD facility and as a result this requirement is enforced by the caretaker with neither flexibility nor humor.
